Bever car products

History

In 1973 Bever was one of the first companies to start the modification of cars for the disabled, wheelchair users and elderly people. In 1987 the increasing demand for car adaptation products for a variety of car makes and models resulted in the formation of Bever Car Products, formerly Werktuigbouw, to manufacture a range of these specialist products for sale to third parties. Bever Car Products has since evolved into an autonomous and innovative company that sells an extensive range of car adaptation products to dealers across Europe.

Technology

Cars are becoming increasingly complex, and the use of electronics for a range of car functions is steadily expanding. This also has consequences for car adaptation products, which need to be developed at the same pace as the cars for which they are intended. Consequently, Bever Car Products monitors automotive technological developments very closely to ensure that we can continue to meet our customers’ needs. Our operations are based on the enhancement of mobility by making use of the opportunities offered by car technology. Bever Car Products’ in-house product development and manufacturing facilities, both manned by experienced staff, enable us to modify and modernize our products to keep up to date with developments in car technology. This approach ultimately enables us to offer our customers high-quality products, that are both easy to install and can be marketed at a competitive price, products which they appreciate as reliable and user-friendly.

Everyone attaches paramount importance to mobility, but we attach paramount importance to the quality of our products. Quality can be achieved, and maintained, solely by means of a continual process of improvement, in combination with a structured approach to product development, sales and service. For this reason, Bever Car Products conducts its operations in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard. Regular and independent audits by an external accreditation agency, the TÜV, constitute a guarantee, both for us and our customers, that our operations comply in full with these quality requirements. Bever Car Products was granted ISO 9001:2000 certification by the TÜV in 2004.
